参数：
s：返回转换之后的多字节字符串
pwcs：宽字符串
n：参数 s 最多可以接收的字节数
返回值：
写入 s 中的多字节字符串的字节数，不包括结束符；
如果 s 等于 NULL，返回转换为多字节字符串 s 需要的字节数；
如果转换失败，pwcs 里面的字符无法识别，返回值为 -1
注：多字节字符需要用 setlocale 或 _wsetlocale 设定语言
