mbtowc：多字节字符转宽字符

参数：
pwc：指向返回的转换之后的宽字符
s：需要转换的多字节字符
n：最多检测参数 s 的字节数，函数实际检测的字节数不会超过 MB_CUR_MAX
注：多字节字符需要用 setlocale 或 _wsetlocale 设定语言
返回值：
返回实际转换的字节数，范围 1 ~ MB_CUR_MAX。如果 s 等于 NULL 返回值为 0；如果 s 指向无效的多字节字符，无法转换，返回值为 -1
