getenv, _tgetenv, _wgetenv - 获取一个操作系统环境变量的值

getenv, _tgetenv, _wgetenv：获取一个操作系统环境变量的值

函数原型：

char *getenv(const char *name);

wchar_t *_wgetenv(const wchar_t *name);

命名空间：

std

name：环境变量的名字

返回值：

环境变量的值。
返回值的指针直接指向进程内存空间里面的环境变量的值，用完不需要释放内存。
通过返回值指针可以修改环境变量的值，但这是不安全的，需要用 putenv 函数修改环境变量的值。
