INTELLIGENT CONVERTERS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE UNTIL YOU HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS

The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as by other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software Product is licensed, not sold.[ 软件产品受版权法和国际版权条约以及其他知识产权法律和条约的保护。 软件产品获得许可，而不是出售。]

1 GRANT OF LICENSE

2 DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS

2.5 Termination. Intelligent Converters may terminate your license upon notice for failure to comply with any of these License Terms. 3 SOFTWARE LICENSES

3.1 SINGLE USER LICENSE allows clients to install the software product on exactly one (1) computer system. Client can store a backup copy of the software but cannot use two copies of the software at any one time. Single-User License does NOT allow to make use of the software through a corporate network.[ 单一用户许可证允许客户端在一（1）台计算机系统上安装软件产品。 客户端可以存储软件的备份副本，但不能在任何时间使用软件的两个副本。 单用户许可证不允许通过公司网络使用软件。]

3.2 CORPORATE LICENSE allows a single company to install the software product on an unlimited number of machines within that corporation. All machines must be owned, leased, or used for the purpose of the purchasing company. 3.3 REDISTRIBUTION LICENSE grants you the rights to redistribute your applications with Software. 4 COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the Software Product and any copies of the Software Product are owned by Intelligent Converters. The Software Product is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the Software Product is borne by you. Should the Software prove defective, you and not Intelligent Converters assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
